Hello, I am Kudret Bayrak, one of the board members of BAYPAR GROUP. With 25 years of experience in the marble industry, I have climbed the ladder of success in the business world with patience and determination. Starting my career as a production supervisor, I gradually took on roles as a sales manager, director, and general manager, gaining new insights into the industry every year, continuously developing and progressing with this experience.
This accumulation of knowledge over the years has enabled me to master the dynamics of the marble industry. Eventually, I decided to start my own business and began to move forward with a new vision in the sector. While engaging in marble sales through my own company, I founded Baypar Group to more effectively leverage the opportunities offered by global trade and to elevate our industry to international platforms.
Baypar Group is a group of companies established to make marble exports to the Americas, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East more professional, solid, and sustainable. As the Chairman of the Board, my goal is to combine the understanding of quality in the industry with international standards to provide the best service to our customers and business partners.

Hello, I am Muhammet Parlak, one of the board members of BAYPAR GROUP. I have strengthened my expertise in psychology with the education I received in the UK, Cyprus, and Turkey. My deep understanding of human behavior adds value to my business activities, enabling me to enhance work processes and produce effective solutions in team management.
Thanks to the international training I have received, my language proficiency, and the strong network I have built, I operate with a solid grasp of the dynamics of global trade. This allows me to not only conduct trade but also provide strategic solutions for my business partners and offer a reliable business model.
For 7 years, I worked on various projects in the healthcare sector as an expert, gaining valuable experience. During this time, I developed the idea of integrating a human-centered approach into the business world. Then, 5 years ago, I founded my own healthcare services company, committing to provide services internationally. With this venture, my business journey took on a global dimension and allowed me to take innovative steps in the industry.
With the vision of establishing successful collaborations in the global market, we founded Baypar Group. We operate to carry out marble exports to important trade regions such as the Americas, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East in a more solid, sustainable, and professional manner.
